1. The City Government of Cotabato, through Ordinance No. 5099 s. 2023 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 7, 500, 000.001) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the whole lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
