THE ESTABLISHMENT OF NFA MODERNIZED WAREHOUSES
IN SUPPORT TO BUFFER STOCKING PROGRAM
AT VARIOUS NFA COMPOUNDS IN REGION x
1. The National Food Authority (NFA) Central Office, through the General Appropriations
Act (GAA) for fiscal year 2024 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Three Hundred Thirty-
Four Million Five Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two and
83/100 (PhP334, 594, 142.83), inclusive of VAT, being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Design and Build for the Establishment
of NFA Modernized Warehouses in Support to Buffer Stocking Program at Various
NFA Compounds in Region x under Project Identification Number 2025-07. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The
warehouses shall be constructed at the following sites:
1. NFA Compound, Brgy. Lanipao, Lala, Lanao del Norte
2. NFA Compound, Brgy. North Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon
