A brief description of the procurement: The aim of the project is to build a multifunctional soil water -based fire water and irrigation water solution on the pilot area, which is completed by pre -passing water purification of natural water. The pilot project is a model solution that is planned to be repeated throughout the area in the future. The pilot area of ​​the project is located in the area of ​​the Kudruküla seasonal houses. Kudruküla is a Narva district located in the northwest of the main territory of the city and the land away, about 8 km away. It is an area of ​​horticultural cooperatives with an area of ​​about 560 ha and of ~ 4800 seasonal dwelling plots and approximately 125 streets.
