Short description of the procurement: Bioforce Viiratsi OÜ procures the design and construction of Viiratsi biomethane station. The biomethane plant will produce biomethane from animal by -products by anaerobic fermentation. The contractor is being searched for a contractor to design and carry out the construction of the biomethane station. NB - this is a so -called repeat - due to the technical failure, we invalidated the procurement reference number 284801 and publish this procurement with the terms and conditions and source documents of the procurement. As the previous procurement of the same kind was published on 26.09.2024 and repealed, the deadline for submission of tenders for this procurement has been shortened given these circumstances. Please also point out the Rhad forms - please note that the previous procurement reference number is correct in filling out the forms.
