Tender Details

The object of the contract is the Design and Execution of the "Bridge over the Prut at Ungheni", in accordance with the provisions of the works contract.

The length of the investment objective is 1 km (including the connecting road and the border crossing point) of which

261 m is the length the bridge, which isconsisting of two parallel structures (one on each direction of travel).

In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedurehas the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submitting offers.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the AuthorityThe contracting party establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 12 days before the deadline for submission of offers.

The deadline for answering the clarifications was established so that the economic operatorsto have an adequate period for the analysis of the award documentation and, subsequently, for the elaboration of the offers in the light of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority.
