Tenders are invited for Design and Remodeling Works for the Disease Prevention and Control Center

Maximum execution period: 200 (two hundred) calendar days (including the project phase and construction phase of the renovation project).

6. Period of validity of the proposals: the period of validity of the proposals is 90 (ninety) days, counting from the date of the public act of the tender, extendable, under the terms foreseen in the tender program.

7. Type of contract: global price.

8. Provisional security: $319, 600.00 (three hundred and nineteen thousand and six hundred patacas), to be provided by means of a cash deposit, bank guarantee or security deposit, approved under the legal terms.
