Tenders are invited for Design and Supervision of Two Schools in Beit Safafa and Al-Sheikh Saad in East Jerusalem
The contract has 2 lots, each of which is indivisible. The tenderer may submit a tender for one, or two lots. A tender for part of a lot is inadmissible.Each of the two lots comprises all duties related design and supervision of school rehabilitation or extension works. The scope of the services has been divided into two lots according to the geographical location of the schools:
Lot 1 is composed of the rehabilitation of a school in the old city of Beit Safafa. Interested tenderers need to have experience in heritage building conservation and have access rights (permit of Jerusalem ID) to Jerusalem.
Lot 2 is composed of a school in East Jerusalem, on the eastern site of the West Bank barrier in Al-Sheikh Saad village.
Guided visits to the sites, will take place on 26th April 2023 according to the following schedule:
