The purpose of the contract is: Design and technical assistance for "Construction of a helipad on building B of the Zalău County Emergency Hospital"
Stage 1 - Development of a project for the authorization of the execution of the works and the project for organizing the execution of the works (PAC and POE), of documentedtechnical documents for obtaining approvals, agreements, construction authorization;
Stage 2 - Elaboration of technical project details of execution specifications (PT DDE CS)
Stage 3 - Technical assistance from the Designer.
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The total duration of the contract will be 14 months oldand from the date of its signing, as follows:
Stage 1 - Development of the project for the authorization of the execution of the works and the project for the organization of the execution of the works (PAC and POE), of the technical documentation for obtaining the approvals, agreements, building authorization - maximum 3 months ofupon issuance of the Service Commencement Order;
Stage 2 - Elaboration of the technical project, execution details, specifications (PT DDE CS) - maximum 1 month from the issuance of the Service Commencement Order for this stage, after obtaining the building permit;
Stage 3 - Technical assistance from parof the Designer - 8 months from the issuance of the order to start the execution of the works.
The estimated total value of the services that will be subject to the public procurement procedure is 350, 455 lei without VAT. of which:
