This tender is intended to conclude a framework agreement for rental exhibition stands. Every year there are around 10 to 23 joint stands at leading trade fairs in Germany (including Berlin, Munich, Hanover, Nuremberg, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Essen, Stuttgart, Friedrichshafen), as well as around once in the euEuropean countries with up to 5, 000 m2 of exhibition space. The exhibition stands are divided into three size categories. The provision of services includes in particular the following areas of responsibility: - Designrushes and provisions thereof; - Storage/administration/maintenance/replacement of stand elements;- Stand planning/technical support for sub-exhibitors in the preparation and implementation phase;- Taking over all coordination and coordination tasks at the trade fair location; - Transport/AAssembly and dismantling/cleaning of the exhibition stands;
