Eligibility of Tenderer : • Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.• Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one) number of similar nature of works of Tk. 29.0 (Twenty Nine Point Zero) Lakh in a single contract in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.• The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 40.00 (Fourty) lakh during last 05 (Five) years.• The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 28.50 (Twenty Eight point Five Zero) Lakh only. Adequacy of credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract (original copy only)• The tenderer must possess:The tenderer must possess: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate; ii) Valid VAT registration certificate and iii) Up-to-date trade license.• The minimum capacity shall be: Tk.42.50 (Forty Two Point Five Zero) lakh.
