Tenders are invited for Design, Supply and Installation of an LED Lighting System for the Windhoek - Hosea Kutako International Airport Dual Carriage Freeway Project

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Roads Authority
of Namibia, Procurement Management Unit, Windhoek, Namibia, by Telephone:
+264 (61) 284 7088 or email: gawaxabe@ra.org.na, and inspect the bidding
document during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders
upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment
of a nonrefundable fee of NAD1000.00. The method of payment will be direct
payment to the Roads Authority Cashier or EFT to the below account:

Proof of payment can be mail to: gawaxabe@ra.org.na with the procurement number
under reference for electronic bidding document. The document will be sent by
electronic mail (E-mail).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11h00; 18 January 2024
Submissions of bids electronically (via e-mail) will not be permitted. Late Bids will
be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated
representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 18
January 2024 .
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of NAD 2 000 000.00 in the form of
an unconditional bank guarantee.
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose
information on the successful bidder-s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract
Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the
bidding document.”
