Request for proposals are invited for Design, Supply and Management for Construction of Two Ro-Ro Rail Wagon Carriers

The Government of Turkmenistan has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Turkmenistan Maritime Transport Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Design, Supply and Management for Construction of Two Ro-Ro Rail Wagon Carriers”. This project will be jointly financed by the OPEC Fund.
The “Turkmendenizderyayollary” Agency now invites sealed proposals from eligible proposers for:
Desing, supply, management for construction and deliver of 2 (two) RO-RO Rail Wagon Carriers,
Improvement of Balkan Shipyard's (Turkmenistan) capabilities through the provision/procurement of the following items:
Procuring of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System and providing ERP related trainings,

Providing of Painting Quality Specialist Training, Providing of Designer Software Training,

Providing of System Maintenance Training of RO-RO Rail Wagon Carrier, Providing of Shipbuilding Management Training,
