Prequalifications are invited for Design, Supply, Assembly and Commissioning of High Voltage Substations for the 225 Kv Interconnection between the Ris and Rin Networks

Design, Supply, Assembly and Commissioning of High Voltage Substations for the 225 Kv Interconnection between the Ris and Rin Networks in Two Batches: Batch 1: 225/30 Kv High Voltage Substations from Ntui and Yoko; Lot 2: 225/30 Kv Tibati and 225/110/30 Kv Wouro Soua High Voltage Substations . The National Electricity Transmission Company Intends to Pre-Qualify Contractors and/or Companies for Theconstruction of 04 New High Voltage Substations at Ntui, Tibati, Yoko and Wouro Soua Equipped with a Static Var Compensator, an Integrated Control and Data Acquisition System and Compensation Equipment as Needed in Two Lots:

O Lot 1: The Design, Supply, Assembly and Commissioning of the 225/30 Kv Substations of Ntui and Yoko;

O Lot 2: The Design, Supply, Assembly and Commissioning of the 225/30 Kv Tibati and 225/110/30 Kv Wouro-Soua Substations and the Cut-off Passage at the Wouro-Soua Substation on Line 110 Kv St Lagdo-Ngaoundere .


Eligible interested candidates can obtain more information and consult the pre-qualification document from the Société Nationale de Transport de l'Électricité (whose address is given below) from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. 30 .

5. Interested candidates can purchase a complete set of the pre-qualification document in French by making a written request to the address indicated below accompanied by the non-refundable payment of "One hundred thousand CFA francs (100, 000 FCFA) or one hundred and fifty-two euros (152 €) given that 1 euro = 655.957 CFA francs”. The method of payment will be by bank transfer or by check to account n° 335 988 Customer name: “CAS-ARMP special account” BICEC . The document will be sent electronically through a download link that will be sent to candidates who have presented the receipt of payment.

6. Application files for pre-qualification must be submitted in a sealed envelope delivered to the address below before JULY 27, 2023, and must be clearly marked "Pre-qualification application for Design, Supply, Assembly and Commissioning High Voltage Substations for the 225 kV interconnection between the RIS and RIN networks in two lots: Lot 1: 225/30 kV High Voltage Substations from Ntui and Yoko; Lot 2: 225/30 kV Tibati and 225/110/30 kV Wouro Soua High Voltage Substations
