A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language can be collected from SLSEA procurement division or by sending a mail to procurement.slsea@gmail.com and a non-refundable tender fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Twenty Five
Thousand (LKR 25, 000.00) has to be made to the SLSEA Accounts branch by cash, clearly mentioning the reference as SEA/PD/RES/03/2024. The payment receipt shall be submitted along with the bid. Bidders who wish to make online transfers for the above may transfer the above amount to the following account :

The receipt shall be attached with the bid submission. Sealed bids marked ‘SEA/PD/RES/03/2024- on the top left-hand corner of the envelope shall be sent to the address below at or before 10:30 hrs in Sri Lankan time on 16th February 2024 (Sri Lankan time: GMT + 5:30 Time Zone). Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing time.
All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security, ” of USD One Hundred and Seventy Thousand (USD 170, 000.00) as a bank guarantee as per the prescribed format in the Bid document. Bid Security shall be an unconditional bank guarantee issued by a bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and operating in Sri Lanka or issued by a bank based in another country but the bid security certified by a bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and operating in Sri Lanka. Note : An irrevocable letter of credit or a cashier-s certified cheque is not acceptable.
