This contract concerns assistance in the production of the artistic program of the KANAL foundation during the prefiguration period. As the KANAL foundation site is under construction, the prefiguration program with a multidisciplinary dimension is taking place extra muros (in several locations in Brusselsand in the public space around the Canal zone) and in the place called "K1" located 1 Avenue du Port, 1000 Brussels. The prefiguration programming may include: - artistic commissions with contemporary artists from the Belgian and international scene; - professional festive eventsGrammation Performing arts (show, conference, performance, concert, etc.); - partnerships with other cultural structures A detailed description of the expected services can be found in Chapter III of the specifications.
