The Autonomous Communal Régie of La Louvière (RCA) - Devllop would like to add to the services of a provider for the acquisition of road parking control solutions on the Louviérois territory. The market is not divided into a lot. It nevertheless includes the following elements: a) "Control means" including the rental and licenses • of a system allowing an agent finding a pedestrian to make observations via the use of a personal or equivalent digital assistant (PDA, Smartphone, dedicated application); • of a complete ANPR + contextual system + transmitter + PC on board the vehicle B) "back office" including the rental • of management and financial monitoring software for control of paid parking fees • D ' Dematerialized parking management software; a statistics module. c) "External users" interface d) "Justice bailiff" interface) Contract of maintenance and maintenance of the system in total warranty for the duration of this market.
