Invitation to Bids for Designing, Developing, Printing and Supplying of Draw Lottery Tickets for the Period of One Year (Lagna Wasanawa, Kapruka, Sasiri, Jayoda, Ada Kotipathi, Super Ball & Shanida)
Bidding documents may be purchased from the Procurement Division of the Development Lotteries Board at No. 356, Dr Colvin R de Silva Mawatha, Colombo 02, from 15.02.2024 and 07.03.2024 between 09.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (other than on public holidays) subject to the payment of Rs 70, 800.00 (With Vat) in cash as a non-refundable document fee on submission of the written request on a business letterhead, addressed to the Chairman, Development Lotteries Board, No.356, Dr Colvin R de Silva Mawatha, Colombo 02.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to values specified in the ITB 20.1 of the BDS for the period of ISO days furnished from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka registered with Central Bank of Sri Lanka or in the form of a Bank Guarantee to the Chairman, Development Lotteries Board at No. 356, Dr Colvin R de Silva Mawatha, Colombo 02.
All the bidders should have the contract registration certificate obtained according to the "Public Contracts Act
No.3 of 1987м for the particular bid. If not submitted treated as rejection of bid.
