A brief description of the procurement: The Subscriber has previously obtained a comprehensive sketch project on the basic parameters and positioning of the Estonian pumping hydroelectric power plant. The pre-and-main design service of the Estonian Pump Hydroelectric Power Plant is hereby here. The work is procured in two stages, the first of which must be completed by the law and the regulation no later than 28.06.2024. In the second phase, the main project in accordance with the law and the regulation shall be completed within the term of the contract. The content of the work is to design according to the accuracy and formal requirements required by law and regulation, the Estonia pump hydroelectric power plant, the upper reservoir of which is located at the bottom of the mine and the lower reservoir in the old Estonian mine panel stalks. Pre -project must allow the project to apply for a building permit.
