Tenders are invited for Develop a Brand Strategy and Create an Online Marketing Campaign

The Rural Women Development Association in the West Bank is implementing the project “Building the capacities of women-led cooperatives and vocational skills of young women through strengthening the women-s cooperatives platform in Jenin Governorate, Palestine” funded by the Province of Valencia through FPS.

Qualified and legally registered companies are invited to participate in this competition by obtaining a free certified copy of the tender documents by visiting the Association-s office any day from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, at the following address: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun, Legislative Circle, Sabat Building (next to Wasil Building), second floor .

GENERAL CONDITIONS

· The prices offered do not include value added tax, as the project is tax exempt from the Palestinian Ministry of Finance. This requires the issuance of an invoice and a source discount by the supplier who won the price offer later .

· The Rural Women Development Association is not obligated to award the lowest price offered .

· Incomplete bids, bids that do not meet the minimum terms and requirements, or bids received after the specified delivery date will be rejected .

· The process of documenting the receipt and delivery of price offers must be ensured in the official receipt and delivery records at the association-s headquarters .

· The advertising and publishing fees for this bid are covered by the company to which the bid is awarded.

· Companies applying for the competition must attach a bid entry guarantee of no less than 5% of the value of the financial offer .
