The main goal of the project is to rebuild and improve the current drafting system used by the Hansard Affairs Department as a system or application within the Shura cloud platform applications. It will be available through the new sessions system and linked to the council-s central database using modern programming technologies and languages. This system is used in the process of preparing and editing draft minutes paragraphs, collecting them, reviewing them, tracking the tasks assigned to employees, and preparing reports on them.
