Opgavebeskrivelse: The European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) in Ukraine is a joint EU and Government of Denmark financed programme aimed at supporting Ukraine to reduce corruption at the national and local level through the empowerment of citizens, civil society, businesses, and state institutions.This assignment falls under EUACI-s component 2, where partner cities are supported in their efforts to strengthen integrity, transparency, and accountability. The assignment concerns the provision of technical assistance services to the cities of Nikopol and Chervonohrad with the purpose of helping these cities develop and implement an electronic reception hall (E-Reception Hall). The two cities view an E-Reception Hall as an IT product that combines internal and external electronic tools for obtaining, processing and publishing information in the interaction framework between city residents (legal entities and individuals) and the executive bodies of city councils, utilities, institutions and organizations.
