Development of an application for monitoring, audit and evaluation of multi -country projects and summary dashboard of all the structuring projects carried out by the association. The objectives of this application are multiple: - allow the monitoring of realization indicators, results and impact. - ensure the follow -up of the financial progress of the actions. - Make the link between the realization indicators and the budget by partner, by action and for the entire project.- Integrate a GANTT type tool to follow the progress of the project over its duration.- Provide a summary dashboard of all the structuring projects carried out by the association, integrating a summary of the provisional budget of the current year and decreed accounts. - facilitate communication between partners via internal messaging, notifications and aUser directory (email and telephone). - Allow personalized reports and data extraction for in -depth analysis. - centralize all the regulatory elements linked to obtaining grants, agreement and evidence, in particularin the event of control.
