1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the GENERAL FUND - PROPER intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DEVELOPMENT OF CATTLE DAIRY DARM PASTURE AREA (SITE DEVELOPMENT AND OPENING OF ROAD TO CATTLE DAIRY FARM PASTURE AREA) - ID No. OCT29-2024-122. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Twenty - one (21) calendar days.
