Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Communications Strategy.

Recruitment of a Communications Service Provider for the Development of the Communications Strategy of the Indian Ocean Commission (Coi) in Link to its 2023-2033 Strategic Development Plan

This call for expressions of interest aims to recruit a communications service provider to develop

a global communication and visibility strategy for the IOC covering the period 2023-2028, the main ones of which

tasks to be carried out are: (i) Propose a succinct assessment of the implementation of the communication strategy

2018-2021; (ii) analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the IOC communication unit and establish a diagnosis

accompanied by recommendations; (iii) conduct consultations with key stakeholders to inform a

SWOT analysis of institutional communication and identify the main axes of the communication strategy

institutional 2023-2028 in line with the Strategic Development Plan; and (iv) develop a strategy for

communication and visibility 2023-2028.

3. The Indian Ocean Commission invites providers specializing in the field to submit their

application for the services described above. Interested providers must provide information about their

abilities and experiences to demonstrate their qualification to perform the services:

team member and a communications/project manager; (vi) this pair may be supported, as necessary
