Scope of the Call
We are seeking an experienced individual or company with profound expertise in Feminist Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) to contribute to our project. The selected applicant will play a crucial role in developing the e-module focused on feminist MEAL for emerging organizations to be available for public in English. The e-module shall equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to integrate feminist principles and approaches into their monitoring and evaluation practices.
Objectives
Content Development:
Develop a detailed outline and structure for the e-module, incorporating feminist theories, frameworks, and best practices in MEAL.
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including written content, multimedia resources, case studies, and exercises.
Technical Design:
Design the technical architecture and user interface of the e-module to optimize usability and learner engagement.
Implement features such as quizzes, discussion forums, and multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.
Content Review and Iteration:
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to review and refine the content of the e-module, incorporating feedback and ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Conduct pilot testing with a representative sample of participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the module and identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Training:
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including user guides, facilitator manuals, and technical specifications, to support the implementation and maintenance of the e-module.
Provide training and capacity-building support to the organization's staff or partners responsible for facilitating the e-module.

Qualifications
The consultant(s) should meet the desired criteria:
Demonstrated expertise in gender equality, feminist theory, and monitoring and evaluation methodologies, with a focus on feminist approaches to MEAL.
Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and the use of e-learning authoring tools or platforms.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Familiarity with participatory and interactive learning methods, as well as principles of adult learning and pedagogy.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, development agencies, and civil society groups.
Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, especially those relevant to the target audience, is an asset.
