The subject of the contract is the development of energy audits of buildings in accordance with Act no. 321/2014 Coll. on energy efficiency (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order" or the "service"), Decree of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic no. 179/2015 Coll. on energy audit, assessment of energy economybuildings, in accordance with Act no. 555/2005 Coll. on energy efficiency of buildings, Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic no. 364/2012 Coll. and evaluating the appropriateness of implementing measures in the form of a Guaranteed Energy Service.
Energy audit (provision of § 2 letter j) of the Act)is a systematic procedure for obtaining sufficient information about the current state and characteristics of energy consumption necessary for the identification and design of cost-effective energy saving options in a building, group of buildings, industrial operation, commercial operation or facility for providinge private or public services. The energy audit must be balanced, representative and based on an economic, environmental and technical assessment taking into account the life cycle of buildings. We require a separate written energy audit report for each building with energy consumptionu.
