A Supplier of the Information Systems (ICT/IS) will be selected by using the two-stage RFP (Model 1, post-qualification) procedure set out in World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrower dated July 2016 (revised in September 2023). First Stage Proposal Information System of consulting firms will be evaluated by the Evaluation Committee based on required qualification criteria. Then, the firms will be required to submit the Second Stage Technical and Financial Proposals. The RFP specifies the minimum score for the Technical Proposals. The first stage includes detailed technical dialog with Proposers. At the second stage of the RFP, Proposers will be asked to submit a Financial Proposal. Rated criteria are used for the evaluation. A Proposer with the highest combined score for his Proposal will be awarded a contract.
