The object of the project is the development of an integrated information system of the "Independent Credit Rating Authority" which will include a central database of financial behavior by public sector entities and a single credit rating scale forthe production and granting of credit ratings to natural and legal persons in relation to their debts to the State. The credit rating for natural and legal persons will be produced by the information system through the processing, with an automated process, of the financial databehavioral data drawn from public sector bodies using an algorithm. The information system will interoperate with other electronic systems and, in order to exchange credit scores and create a single scoring system for credit assessmentcapacity of natural and legal persons.
