Conditions:
1. Eligible bidders shall submit their respective bids to the item stated above together with supporting documents in a three (3) envelops system to the Local BAC Chairman Barangay Labo, Ozamiz City not later than November 22, 2022.
2. Eligible bidders shall also submit their Business Permit CY 2022 in Photocopy.
Requirements:
1. 1.5% bidders bond in form of cash or surety bond from an authorized bonding company for the total bid price.

2. The lowest calculated & responsive bid shall submit the performance security bond( bank guarantee(100%) irrevocable letter of credit 5% of the total bid price.
