The main objective of the assignment is to develop and implement an effective and
efficient communication and visibility program that will reach out to the population and
showcase the projects- overall, achievements, results and impacts in the country and
region. The assignment is expected to produce a documentary visual audio production
showcasing the projects- development impacts. The target groups will be the general
population in Eswatini especially those around the project corridor including Manzini
town.

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in
accordance with the African Development Bank-s “Procurement Framework for
Bank Group-Funded Operations Consultants” dated 2015, which is available on
the Bank-s website at http://www.afdb.org
Interested consultants may obtain further information and detailed Terms of Reference
at the address below during office hours from 08:00 to 16:45 Hrs (Eswatini time),
Monday to Friday exclusive of Public Holidays.
The Roads Department of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport now invites
eligible consults to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested
Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the
services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar
conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may
constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
