Development of a Public Beach and a Beach Club Facility at Bahrain Bay Beach BTEA is seeking to appoint a local professional contractor to develop a Public Beach and a Beach Club facility at Bahrain Bay Beach as per the tender documents. Bahrain Bay Beach is a strategic project under the Bahrain Tourism Strategy 2022 to 2026, which aims to diversify the Kingdoms economic portfolio and attract more visitors and tourists to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Project has an area of 173, 000 square meters, including five (5) plots. BTEA will develop a public beach and a plot, while the other three (3) plots were allocated to be developed by the Private Sector.
