Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Training Modules and Training Delivery on Green and Sustainable Building Standards.
Description: IFC seeks to hire an international Consultant firm to develop the training modules and conduct trainings on green and sustainable building awareness raising for each target group in Armenia, Georgia and Moldova. Also, the Consultant will support the sector professionals to obtain green and sustainable building certification.
Within this context, the objectives of the tasks are threefold:
a. Developing green building training module for the sector professionals and the curricula for the academia.
b. Delivering training for each target group in each country - at least 12 training events in all three countries.
c. Delivering events and event related evidence to the Project team.
The Project is intended to be conducted in two phases. Contracting and commencement of Phase 2 is contingent on the Clients- Notice to Proceed upon completion of Phase 1; and depending on the performance of the selected consultant for Phase 1. If performance of the consultant selected for Phase 1 is not up to the standard, quality of deliverables under Phase 1 are not ensured (consultant will be communicated officially during the performance of the assignment), IFC will initiate a fresh bidding for Phase 2. In such an event, the consultant hired and engaged for Phase 1 will be excluded from the bidding for Phase 2.
