Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Waste Management Centers

In accordance with the detailed Terms of Reference, the Consultant will review the detailed requirements, provide guidance for use by city governments on how a cost-effective project can be prepared that will assist them in meeting the requirements set out in the Plan, and templates to prepare such a project to achieve these objectives efficiently.

The guidance to develop an Investment Plan will be prepared based on a detailed technical, legislative, financial and economic analysis. The Consultant will develop a prototype Project Implementation Plan, including formats for procurement, and provide broad estimate possibilities and efficiency of the resources (including energy efficiency, renewable energy potential and impact on greenhouse gas ("GHG") emissions and the impact of the investment program on environmental and social aspects.

Following this invitation for EOI, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding.

Only those firms which have been shortlisted will be invited to participate in the RFP phase. No notification or debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted.
