Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Waterways Monitoring and Data Management Centre E(WMDMC).

1.1. Lagos State Government (LASG)-s mission and vision to reduce congestion on our roads, promote an effective and safe water transport system is a done deal. Lagos, with population of over 20 million people and projected to be the 3rd largest smart city in the world within the decade hitting the 25 million population mark, is Nigeria-s economic, financial, and commercial nerve-Centre.

The documents with the EOI are to be submitted in four (4) copies A4 paper size and neatly bound. The documents should be arranged in the order listed under section (2.0) above and clearly separated by dividers. These documents which must be sealed in an envelope with the project name and number clearly written at the top left corner and the name of the firm boldly written at the back should be submitted not later than 4.00pm on 4th June, 2021.
