Tender Details

The FAU intends to establish itself as contemporary, professional, barrier-free and user-friendly with a new website based on WordPress. Both in terms of excellence in research and teaching and structurally in relation to the target groups (and the associated user navigation, etcnd journeys). In addition, the consistent use of the FAU corporate design (renewed in 2021) in the CMS should be ensured using design templates and at the same time the use of the CMS by employees with different levels of knowledge should be simplified. This supports a target group-specific, Uniform and authentic appearance of FAU in the digital space across all institutions. The FAU already uses Wordpress with various of its own themes (see https://www.wordpress.rrze.fau.de/themes/theme-auswaehlen/). The main tasks are the conception (UX/UI) and the technicalDevelopment of the WordPress theme and associated components based on the Block Editor.
