Tenders are invited for Development Works of the Urban Section of National Road Number 27 (Bamako-Koulikoro), in Bamako in the Republic of Mali

The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure is soliciting sealed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to carry out the following works: (i) site installation and removal ; (ii) preparatory works [Cleaning of the right-of-way (130, 200 m 2 ), demolition of the sewer network ( 13, 283 ml)] ; (iii) execution of earthworks [Excavation deposited (96, 467 m 3 ), Infill backfill (91, 994 m 3 ), Drains ( 3, 400 m 3 )] ; carrying out pavement and surfacing works [Scarification of the existing pavement (163 800 m 2 ), Foundation layer and primers ( 33, 896 m 3 ), Cement stabilization of the foundation layer ( 4, 582.87 Tons), Base layer in gravel bitumen ( 32, 734 m 3 ) ; the bituminous concrete coating (13639.5 m 3 ) the construction of drainage and sanitation works [Gutters ( 17, 594 ml), culverts ( 2, 500 ml)], the construction of engineering structures (3 bridges of 20 ml each ) . The call for tenders does not include lots or variants.

The firm phase will consist of the development of:

· Section of Avenue Van Vollemhoven (between the roundabout of the Grand Hôtel-Carrefour Enfant de la Palestine over a length of 670 m) and the;

· Section between the Child of Palestine Monument Crossroads and PK 4+350 beyond the Banconi Crossroads, including 2 bridges (Pk3+784 and Pk4+150).

The conditional phase will consist of the development of:

· Section between the Banconi Crossroads (Pk4+350) and Boulkassoumbougou (end of the 2×2 lane section) over a 4.4 km stretch including a bridge (Pk5+250).

The continuation of the work of the conditional phase with the beneficiary company is conditional on the mobilization of financing from the Bank.

Participation in this open call for tenders as defined in the Guidelines for the award of contracts for works, goods and services (other than consultancy services) financed by a loan or an advance of funds from BOAD, is open to all. eligible candidates who meet the conditions defined in this Invitation to Tender and who are not affected by the provisions of the Directives.
