The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (the Department) is establishing a Standing Panel to support its property portfolio strategy. The Panel comprises the following Service Categories : 1. Professional Services Service Providers (this RFT) - These subcategories reflect the predominant standing capabilities required by the Department to maintain and develop its estate : a. Project Management - project management/ contract administration/ project director services across the project lifecycle. b. Design Services - specified architectural, engineering and security disciplines across the project lifecycle. Sub-subcategories include : i. Architecture (incorporates Design Management) ii. Mechanical/Electrical/Fire/Hydraulic/ESD/Acoustic (incorporates Design Management) iii. Structural/Civil (includes transport/traffic) iv. Security consultants with endorsement from the Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC). c. Quantity Surveying - cost planning services. d. Property Advisory Services - commercial and residential real estate and investment services including leasing, sub-letting, acquisitions, and divestments. 2. Head Works Contractors (separate RFT to be released at a later date) - responsible for construction, including the construction of site services, and installation of prefabricated built solutions (including transport, reassembly, commissioning). 3.
