The Tourism and Target Services unit of the City of Helsinki Business Department is responsible for the activities of the Helsinki Factors Network. The purpose of the network is to develop Helsinki tourism and to carry out Helsinki's international marketing together in tourism, event and restaurant companies andwith organizations.The acquisition of the acquisition is a long-term communication and discussion channel like Extranet, both between the subscriber organization and the partner companies in both directions.
