The University issues official academic transcripts which are delivered digitally through a white label online store front. Additionally, a small number of transcripts continue to be mailed through Canada Post or are available for pick up (https://www.registrar.utoronto.ca/transcripts/). Approximately 65, 000 digital transcripts (PDF) are produced per year. In addition, 15, 000 transcripts are issued via extensible markup language (xML) to other Ontario universities through the Ontario Universities- Application Centre OUETS service.The University is interested in expanding its digital credentialling services to include the continued issuance of PDF transcripts, as well as digital diplomas, microcredentials and digital badges.
