The Project includes the design and development and/or supply of a new, integrated Human Resources and Payroll Electronic Management System (regular and additional salaries) with the aim of digital transformation and upgrading the administrative capacity and operation ofServices of A.A.D.E.. This system brings together all the required functionality and supports the exercise of the responsibilities of the Human Resources Management Department, the Financial Management Department and the Budget and Financial Reporting Department, adapting tothe changes in the legislative framework from time to time. Through the new information system it will be possible to enter and update the required information and above all to use it by different services (unified information base, provision of timely and valid administrative information).
