The subject of the procedure is the establishment of DSTW based on the EULYNx specifications of Baseline 4.1 and existing x25oRaSTA interfaces. The services to be provided by the future framework agreement partners consist of the central units data center, security services Plattform, network, power supply, object controllers and outdoor facility. The existing infrastructures of the operations management centers, radio block centers and the level crossing systems are to be connected to the DSTW.
The planned target architecture sees two to three geo-redundant rightsn centers each with servers for the DSTW central units (DSTW-ZE). The Object Controllers (OC) are installed decentrally and connected to the DSTW-ZE via network connection using the EULYNx interfaces (SCI, SSI, SMI, SDI) of Baseline 4 or higher.
