Tenders are invited for Digital Marketing Services.
Section 3: Scope of Work and Technical Qualifications
The purpose of this RFQ is to engage the firm to provide digital marketing services to Chemonics and
DCEO project. The selected digital marketing company will provide a comprehensive range of digital
marketing services, ensuring the promotion and effective communication of the company-s brands,
products, and services to the intended target audience. The services should be in line with the latest trends
and technology in the digital marketing domain, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and ROI.
The firm shall, and when requested, provide the following services in all the Iraqi governorates:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Market Research: Analysis of target audience, competitors, and market trends.
• Strategy Development: Formulation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the
brand's objectives.
• Prepare the platforms and choose the appropriate platforms according to the strategy.
• KPI Setting: Identifying key performance indicators for campaign measurement and evaluation.
• Providing suggestions and consultations regarding content, designs and ideas for specific digital
platforms.

The Digital Marketing company should provide monthly report include Executive Summary,
Budget and Spend Analysis, Reach and Impressions, Engagement Metrics, Conversion Data,
Quality Scores (for platforms like Google Ads), A/B Testing Results (If needed), and
Recommendations and Next Steps.
4. Design & Creatives:
• Social Media Graphics: Creation of banners, posts, stories, etc. tailored for each platform.
• Print Design: Designing flyers, posters, brochures, etc. for promotional events and launches.
