The Kymenlaakso welfare area is tendering as a representative of the procurement ring for a digital platform for the digital transactions and digital services of the customers of the welfare areas. The digital platform supports the digital transactions and services of health services, social services and rescue services.
The acquired digital platform will function as a core solution in the digital services of welfare areas. The digital platform ensures equal and accessible services for the residents of welfare areas, which enable the customer to have a user-friendly service experience. The centerpiece has a seamless actionbetween professionals producing services in the welfare area between different professional groups.
The procurement is to be implemented as a SaaS (Software as a Service) service for the use of the Kymenlaakso welfare region and the South Karelia welfare region. Kaiku24, which has the right, is also included in the acquisition as an optionus to join the procurement and make an agreement regarding the electronic trading platform.
The goal of the procurement unit is to find a ready-made platform solution that can be easily integrated.
In the attached project description, the initial scope of the procurement and the schedule are described. The final procurement packageand the method of implementation will be determined during the negotiations and based on the solutions proposed by the bidders.
