To address the issues associated with current practices, the Digital Space Planning and Data Management Platform (DSPDMP) project within Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) are seeking to procure a contemporary Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) a management and database solution that will integrate with construction management solutions used by HIQ-s DSPDMP external delivery partners such as architects and builders. The solution will align to the Australian Health Facilities Guidelines and the Queensland Standard Designs enabling the capture and reporting of all DSPDMP information across the HIQ portfolio. The COTS solution should be capable of generating reports customised to a granular level such as unique item, room, building, department or any other specific data set as required by HIQ. Post design phase, the DSPDMP information collected will transfer to QH-s procurement and asset management software. The COTS will act as a central database enabling the re-use of templates and FF&E lists for future capital projects and support decision making, procurement, delivery, placement and commissioning by the HIQ DSPDMP team.
