The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) wishes to contract the services of a technical agency/company/organization to provide services to develop software solutions for digitalization of the CRVS system in Samoa. ‘This will help in strengthening the birth registration and civil registration and vital statistics system in Samoa- using fit-for-purpose digital solutions that uses open software, open tools, open code and open APIs.
