Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order will be the processing of analog materials contained in the district geodetic and cartographic resource in Turek into electronic form, which will include: recording the resource materials, defining their ranges, and scanningthese documents. Then, integration of the processed data into the software in which the resource is run, i.e. GEO-INFO Orodek, with simultaneous integration with GEO-INFO Mapa. 2) The execution of the order will include the following activities: a) part no. 1 - processing into digital form, b) part no.r 2 - inclusion of processed documents in the GEO-INFO Orodek program;3) Processing into digital form will consist of: a) assigning numbers to the frames, documents included in these frames and other documents subject to processing but not included in the frames, b ) definition of opera rangestw, documents contained in these frames and other documents subject to processing and not contained in the frames, c) scanning of document materials contained in the frames; 4) The execution of each part will be divided into stages.
