The contract will consist of specifying the necessary services to implement a digital model that allows FGV's maintenance areas to begin the digital transformation. The work will consist of:  Analysis and reengineering of FGV's business processes accompanied by a correct parameterrization and ingestion of master data. Starting from the current SAP PM, good foundations will have to be laid to achieve excellence in maintenance, improving operations, customer service, maintenance costs and the safety of technicians and collaborators.  Application developmentIt is easy and intuitive that allows the mobilization of processes.  Establish the bases to advance on the route towards forecasting breakdowns before they occur. FGV is aware that, currently, a maintenance model cannot be established based on the exact condition of each piece of equipment.or, but within the scope of the project, the necessary activities must be included to establish a solid foundation on which to advance towards predictive maintenance.
