Brent Council is seeking quotes from suppliers for the quarterly distribution of the Your Brent Magazine.



Background



Regular surveys show the quarterly Your Brent magazine is the most popular medium for news and information from Brent Council. It-s current distribution is to 190, 000 letter boxes, i.e - every residence in the borough of Brent. The distribution company has to have a very good knowledge of the borough, including ward boundaries and new developments, to ensure efficient distribution. The distribution is normally completed within 6 working days. Normally, the printer delivers direct to the distributors.



The Brief:



Upon receipt of 195, 000, 48pp 210mm x 270mm magazines from the printers, we require these magazines to be delivered quickly and accurately to every household in the London borough of Brent. The individual Wards of Alperton, Barnhill, Brondesbury Park, Cricklewood and Mapesbury, Dollis Hill, Harlesden and Kensal Green, Kenton, Kilburn, Kingsbury, Northwick Park, Preston, Queens Park, Queensbury, Roundwood, Stonesbridge, Sudbury, Tokyngton, Welsh Harp, Wembley Central, Wembley Hill, Wembley Park and Willesden Green.
