Works, maintenance and urgent interventions on the Clos-Covering of the CEA/DAM Ile-De-France center - Lot 01 -Waterproofing and securing of roofs for a fixed period of 24 months. When it expires, the purchase order contract may be extended twice, under option 1 and option 2, for a period of 12 months, or 24 months maximum.

The marketwith purchase orders provides for:

- fixed-rate services for:

- supervision and management of services, including annual planning of maintenance services,
