THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase a NEW Model FYYREBx T3, 300 Gallon Skid Steer Tank w/locking lid and nozzles, 2" pump, or DNR approved equivalent The Contractor(s) must be able to provide these items at a contracted rate to the location(s) listed in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any bid that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
